ATTENTION:  VISA FRAUD ALERT
We have received calls from our members stating that they received an automated message telling them their Visa Check / Debit Card or Visa Credit Card has been temporarily disabled.  Members are then asked to give out their card number, PIN, expiration date, social security number, etc. - or to call back with this information.  DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR CARD!  Please call Inner Lakes FCU directly at (716) 326-3858 if you received a call and / or gave them any account or personal information.

We do have a fraud system in place that may call you if something seems out of the ordinary with your card transactions - but they will not ask for any personal information.  And you can always call the Credit Union to verify that it was from our fraud unit thru Visa.   The Credit Union will not ask for personal and confidential account information or PIN numbers by phone.
